Vadi Park Deluxe is a boutique hotel project under construction in the Aydınpınar region of Düzce province, which has the most important natural assets among Turkey's natural beauties. Aydınpınar is a region with natural spring water and waterfalls. The renovation of this building was started by other designers but, in the variations underway, the final appearance of the building did not convince the client. Thus, once the works had begun, we took over the Works Management, completely changing the external appearance of the building, modifying: the external balconies and their parapets, simplifying the entrance to the structure and inserting an external veranda, defining the composition of the facades in a different way . Filika boutique hotel has been renovated again in order to make its guests feel the effects of Mediterranean architecture. With the use of wicker in the room designs, it is aimed to feel the effects of the local texture. Comfortable spaces are created with linen textures and micro concrete floors.
