Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown
Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, the new Tempo by Hilton offers comfortable accommodations and amenities, including a rooftop pool and multiple on-site dining options. Guests of the hotel enjoy proximity to many of the city's attractions, including the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum and Ryman Auditorium.

Two ALPOLIC finishes, totalling nearly 70,000 square feet, clad the exterior of the hotel and adjoining parking garage. Custom Gold comprises 14,000 square feet and features on the soffitts at the hotel's entrance and along the lower floors of the envelope.

The Press Apartments
The Press Apartments in Sacramento, California feature over 250 residential units and 8,000 square feet of retail space on its ground floor.
Marc Ellis
The complex's name is inspired by where it stands, on the former site of the parking garage of The Sacramento Bee. In keeping with the spirit of its location, The Press uses the bee as its symbol on signage, as well as an aligning color scheme. Custom Amber ALPOLIC finishe trimming the facade of this multi-use complex brings to mind the color of rich honey. The accompanying white ALPOLIC cladding the envelope presents a beautiful complement to the bold accents.

ss.mm design performed Design Development and Construction Documentation services for this large private residence interiors. Led the material specification process with the outline of the technical requirements. Oversaw construction site operations and conducted regular on-site visits. SAOTA translates their South-African modernistic sensibilities into a Russian context for the Silver Pine villa
In a unique pocket of natural pine forest close to the Moscow historic center, SAOTA realized a contemporary home with an outward orientation. The volume contrasts a more closed off gray exterior with a warm colorful interior.

Advanced glazing systems provide insulation during the extreme Russian winters and floods the interiors with as much natural light as possible in these dark months. The architects opted for silver grey metal cladding to enhance the green of the surrounding trees.

On the monolithic street facade side a backlit bronze entrance signals the warmth of the interiors. The designers conceptualized the villa as a geode that reveals a shimmering crystal interior.
