Karinox Coffee is a project built in Phan Rang - Ninh Thuan with a total area of 2800 m2 with a total investment of 50 billion VND. This project was directly designed and constructed by Delicate in only 9 months from the time we received the submission. In this project, the investor wants to create a building that is symbolic of the sunny and windy land of Phan Rang. Our take on a 8000 sft Luxury house in the suburbs of Bangalore! The client approached us with a 4000 SFT South facing plot, ina gated community in the suburbs of Bangalore. The design intent was to build a house which has ample light and ventilation throughout the day, keeps the family well knit and connected through spaces and levels. Casa Roverella is a villa created to embrace nature. The house is located in Puglia, halfway between Ostuni and Cisternino, in the Valle d'Itria, an area that inspired the entire project. The main intention was immediately to seek a dialogue with the natural elements present on the ground. A large oak tree gave the initial inspiration that led to the entire house being structured around it, making it the true protagonist of the project. This 2650 sq.ft. South facing plot is located in the densely populated area of Maninagar, Ahmedabad. The Clients requirement was for a 4 BHK Bungalow, complemented by garden space that promotes a harmonious connection with the nature. Euronext, the company responsible for the Lisbon Stock Exchange, hired Vector Mais to renovate its office in the Portuguese capital to provide greater comfort and functionality. The attic of this house was filled with toys, furniture, and dust. It was a completely open space, approximately 70 square meters, that was barely used. Therefore, the clients commissioned us to convert this attic into a house for their children and guests. A small house that would have a living room, a bedroom, a fireplace, plenty of storage, and a bathroom. The Cabanon is a fully equipped apartment of 6.89 m² including two infrared saunas and a whirlpool bath. It is organized into four spaces, extravagantly different in materials and heights: a 3 m-high living room, a 1.14 m-high bedroom with plenty of storage, a toilet with a rain-shower, and a spa. The spa is the most enclosed space of the Cabanon: the room within a room. The Cabanon is probably the smallest apartment in the world; certainly the smallest with a spa.
