The Press Apartments in Sacramento, California feature over 250 residential units and 8,000 square feet of retail space on its ground floor.
The complex's name is inspired by where it stands, on the former site of the parking garage of The Sacramento Bee. In keeping with the spirit of its location, The Press uses the bee as its symbol on signage, as well as an aligning color scheme. Custom Amber ALPOLIC finishe trimming the facade of this multi-use complex brings to mind the color of rich honey. The accompanying white ALPOLIC cladding the envelope presents a beautiful complement to the bold accents.
